How do you start working with a technical sewing shop?

Impossible things do not exist for us – after all, everything can be sewn. In our sewing room we want to meet the needs of our customers and together we create wonderful things with thread, needles and specialised machines. Difficult concepts are a pleasant challenge for us, not a problem, so you can be sure that every project is realised with the necessary passion, commitment and within the specified deadline.

There are three possible forms of establishing a partnership with us.

In this case, we can immediately start sewing a trial batch based on the created design and, after approval from the customer, proceed to serial sewing.

We love new things and challenges, but we don’t do alterations or custom orders.

The second form of collaboration starts with a prototype.

The prototype unfortunately sometimes does not have a structure created. In this case, we already know what you care about and what idea you want the serial sewing to be based on, but we need to create another prototype that includes the right construction. The lead time may extend slightly, but we promise that work on the trial batch will start as soon as the prototype has been accepted by the customer or after certain corrections have been made.

Idea – a third form of collaboration.

In our work, we often encounter the sentence “I have an idea, but I don’t know how to present it”. No problem! That’s what the third form of collaboration with us is for, during which we work together to realise a project practically from the beginning.

All you have to do is present us with your idea, inspiration or a simple concept and we, as a technical sewing shop, will make your project come to life step by step before your eyes. We will prepare the relevant drawings, take measurements and even select the right accessories to create the right prototype together.

Regardless of the method of collaboration, we start the entire manufacturing process as soon as we have signed a contract with the client, the template of which you can check out right now and think about any customisation wishes you may have (link to possible contract template to be inserted).

Working with Sound Sew step by step:

  1. Write us an email at:, in which it is useful to describe all the details related to the assignment and to choose your preferred form of contact – telephone or e-mail.
  2. We will reply to your email or contact you by phone within 24 hours.
  3. Then it will be time for a face-to-face meeting to discuss the details of the collaboration. The form of the conversation is up to you:
    1. Meeting at Sound Sew’s headquarters in Wolin,
    2. Meeting at your company or at a location of your choice,
    3. Video chat via available instant messaging services: Skype, Whatsapp, Teams, Zoom.
    4. Once the contract is signed and all relevant issues have been discussed, it is time to start the project.

During this meeting, we agree on all the details of prototyping or stitching, as well as the exact scope of our responsibilities.
